From concept to creation, every piece goes through a meticulous 11-step process ensuring the highest quality standards
Jewellery starts with a concept or sketch. Created manually or using software like Rhino or MatrixGold. Final design includes size, weight, stone placement, and details.
Design converted into a 3D model. A wax model is made using 3D printing (CAM) for perfect accuracy.
Wax model is created and attached to a wax tree. Covered with plaster and heated to remove wax. Molten gold is poured into the mold. This process is called lost wax casting.
After cooling, the mold is broken. Individual jewellery pieces are cut from the tree. Rough surfaces are cleaned and prepared.
Extra metal removed using tools. Surface smoothened. Basic polishing done to prepare for stone setting.
Diamonds or gemstones are fixed using various techniques: Prong setting, Bezel setting, or Pave setting.
High-quality polish for perfect shine using buff polishing and Rhodium plating (for white gold). Weight verification and stone security check performed.
Certified by Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for purity. Final cleaning and premium packaging completed.
