Refund Policy

Our transparent refund processing policy

At Kohgem, we strive to provide a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed for eligible returns.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The return request is approved by Kohgem
  • The product is received in unused, original condition
  • The item passes our quality inspection process
  • The return is initiated within the specified return window

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

  • The product undergoes a quality check (QC)
  • Upon approval, the refund process is initiated
  • You will receive a confirmation notification via email/SMS

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the product passes quality check
  • The actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

4. Refund Mode

Online Payments (UPI / Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking):

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • A secure refund link will be sent to your registered mobile/email
  • You must enter your bank account or UPI details
  • Refund will be processed after submission

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Kohgem reserves the right to issue partial refunds in cases where:

  • Product is returned with minor damage
  • Packaging or certificates are missing
  • Product shows signs of use or wear

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Product is returned after the allowed return period
  • Item is used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Required documents (invoice/certificate) are missing
  • Customized or personalized jewellery is returned

7. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If you cancel an order before shipment, a full refund will be processed
  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, refund will be processed only after successful return

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photo/video proof
  • After verification, you are eligible for:
  • Full refund, or
  • Free replacement

9. International Orders

Refunds are not applicable for international orders

Exceptions:

  • Defective or damaged product
  • Non-delivery due to logistics failure

In such cases, refunds will be processed after internal verification.

10. Important Notes

  • Refund timelines are subject to bank processing delays
  • Kohgem reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests
  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) may be non-refundable
