1. Return Eligibility (Domestic Orders – India Only)
- Diamond Jewellery: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
- Gold & Other Jewellery: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging, invoice, and certificates (if any)
- Security tags (if provided) must be intact and not tampered
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order jewellery
- Engraved or resized products
- Coins, bars, and special festive collections
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order ID and reason for return
- Wait for return approval confirmation from Kohgem
- Once approved, our courier partner will arrange pickup from your address
⚠️ Do not ship the product yourself without confirmation
4. Return Charges
Domestic Orders:
- Free return pickup provided by Kohgem
- No additional charges for customers
5. Quality Check
- All returned products undergo a strict quality inspection
- If the product fails QC (used, damaged, missing items), refund may be rejected
6. Refund Policy
Refund will be initiated after product passes quality check
Refund will be processed via:
- Original payment method
- Or bank transfer (for COD orders)
Refund Timeline:
- Online Payments: 7–10 working days
- COD Orders: 5–7 working days after bank details submission
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- Kohgem will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost
8. International Orders
Currently, returns are not accepted for international orders
Exceptions:
- Defective or damaged product received
- Order not delivered due to logistics failure
In such cases, refunds will be processed after verification.
9. Important Notes
- Returns requested after the allowed period will not be accepted
- Kohgem reserves the right to approve or reject returns after inspection
- Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing
