1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in Agra (orders placed before 2 PM)

2. Shipping Charges

For First-Time Customers:

• Standard shipping - ₹99 for all orders (across India)
• Express shipping (2-3 business days) - ₹199 additional charge
• Same-day delivery (Agra only) - ₹299

For Repeat Customers:

• Orders above ₹30,000 - FREE standard shipping
• Orders below ₹30,000 - ₹99 shipping charge
• Express shipping - ₹199 additional charge
• Same-day delivery (Agra only) - ₹299

Note: Repeat customers are those who have placed at least one previous order with us. Free shipping on orders above ₹30,000 is applicable only for standard shipping within India.

3. Delivery Areas

We deliver across India and internationally. International shipping rates vary by country.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
• Custom jewellery orders may take 7-15 business days
• Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Instructions

• Please provide complete delivery address including landmark
• Someone must be available to receive the package
• Valid ID may be required for delivery

7. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured for the full value. In case of damage or loss, we will resend the product or provide a full refund.

9. International Shipping

For international orders:

• Delivery time: 7-14 business days
• Customs duties and taxes may apply
• International shipping rate: Calculated at checkout
